A take on finger training and rehab, inspired by human biomechanics, a finger warm-up and training tool for those who want to access their biological potential.
The 25mm contoured edge of the Podium allows for even distribution of forces from all your digits, enabling a more comprehensive training stimulus to fit the human blueprint.
An additional 6mm micro flat edge on the other end of the Podium is for those last few pulls of your warm up to get you primed.
No longer will you leave your Digitus minimus manus ‘pinky’ finger behind and put extra load on your middle and ring finger that may lead to overuse injuries.

No more torqueing the wrists into a compromised position to engage all your fingers, the Podium will allow you to access your full potential without putting extra unnecessary load on your wrists.
Use it for training, rehab, and for your warm up at the crag or gym, the Podium will get your fingers primed, recruited, strong and resilient.
Comes with a 6mm cord with 10kN breaking strength, more than we could ever dream of physically generating.
3D printed in a controlled environment using eco-friendly materials, stressed tested to ensure strength, quality, functionality and durability.
Available in RV (regular volume), LV (low volume, hand width - 70mm or less) and HV (high volume, hand width 75mm or more)
And now available in CUSTOM sizing.
If you choose CUSTOM we will email you instructions on how to measure your hands and we will make the PODIUM custom fit for your hands for the best fitment. Recommended for those with high variance in finger lengths and very narrow or wide hands outside our regular options.
